'I' by Maggie Williams

The redescription and transformation of an object or image is a theme that appears heavily throughout Maggie’s work. Whether the process is delicate or destructive, her artwork mirthfully reintroduces the object in a subtle new form, enticing the viewer to reconsider the object’s context.

A letter a day of our Christmas message. Each letter has been originally designed by one of our artists. You can see the full message in the final zine HERE

Hello!

OUR MISSING ZINE HAS ARRIVED!

Issue #5, due for release on May 1st, 2011 went M.I.A. last year after being sent to the wrong address. We’ve been trying to track down the order of zines ever since, and by some small miracle we can’t believe what arrived at our doorstep today!

If you would like a copy of the loooooooooooong awaited and highly anticipated issue #5 (we don’t like to brag, but think it might be our best one yet), you can grab one now from our store: http://paperbrains.etsy.com

The illustration above was designed for us by issue #5’s featured artist, Paul Johnson, who also illustrated the front cover especially for PAPERBRAINS, and who features in an in-depth interview inside.

My work featured in another page of Conjunction.Page buddies with my dear friend Pete. Still available for purchase!
